		We want to thank Shelly for the care she has provided our 8-month old Catahoula “Stella”. Before Shelly even met Stella, she had already researched the breed and was aware of the needs and tendencies that she might encounter with Stella. That was a huge indication to us of Shelly’s commitment and care for dogs. Shelly’s knowledge, skills, and experience do not only provide Stella with a great experience but also provide us with peace of mind that Stella is well taken care of. The best part of the experience at Love on a Leash in the Country is that, with some helpful hints and Shelly’s influence, Stella has even picked up some good habits. Nancy Nasso Dog: Oaf
		Having only adopted 7 year-old Oaf in May 2009 we had not been separated from the moment we met! So, having to travel at Christmas was a tough one (bit of separation anxiety on my part!) but what a little holiday Oaf had out in the country with Shelley! She treated Oaf as one of her own and he came back from his vacation in the country happy like we hadn’t missed a day together! And to top it off, Oaf slipped right back into his home routine without a blink of the eye! At the same time, Penny and Christy, Oaf’s walkers, checked in on my cats everyday and gave them lots of love and attention which gave me great peace of mind. All of the staff treated my animals like they were their own. Penny and Christy are so kind and loving to Oaf and leave these great little notes every day letting me know how he was on his walk which is such a nice little bonus to come home to! 		We took our dog to Love on a Leash in the Country while we went away on vacation. Suffice to say, we got an extremely tired and well balanced dog back in return!!! He looked happy, loved and well fed!! He is a little guy with aggression towards bigger dogs, but as soon as we got him back, we noticed a change in his behavior. He definitely seemed more at ease with bigger dogs near him. We love how our ritual at home is the same ritual he gets at the Love on a Leash program, right up to the comfortable spot on our laps that he loves!! It gives us so much comfort knowing we can travel and have Jesse so well taken care of. Thank you so much for the wonderful care!!
